Our aim is to create a relaxed, quiet, safe park for families and couples to enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the beautiful village of Rosedale Abbey.

We are a Family Park and do not accept bookings for large groups.

Bookings must be made by the person the individual booking is for. We no longer accept multiple bookings.

Please phone the office to make a booking or a query between the hours of 9am and 5pm. Calls outside these hours are for emergencies only.

Reception is open for emergencies only between the hours of 6pm and 8am.

We do not allow loud music to be played at any time, if you are coming for a party, we regret to say that Rosedale Abbey Caravan Park is not the place for you.

Dogs must be kept on a short lead at all times, and dog mess must be cleared up immediately. Two dogs maximum are allowed per pitch. Dogs are not allowed in the Reception/Shop area or in the Facilities Blocks.

We have a strict no noise policy after 10pm.

Tents must be spaced out with at least 6metres between them.

Your pitch must be kept clean and tidy at all times.

Children must be accompanied by adult at all times, especially on the Play Park and they must not enter the toilet blocks unaccompanied.

There is absolutely no entry allowed to the Facilities Blocks while cleaning is taking place - usually between 11am – 1pm. There is always an alternative toilet block open while one block is closed.

You must pitch on your allocated pitch.

Bookings must not exceed 6 people per pitch.

Car parking is strictly limited to one car per pitch. Any extra cars will have to be parked in the car park for a charge of £5/night.

Any loud or abusive behaviour or language towards our staff or other guests on our park will not be tolerated, and you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund.

All guests are to check-in with Reception on arrival, where details of your booking will be checked and car registrations entered onto our ANPR barrier.

Day visitors are only allowed by prior arrangement with management and will be asked to park in the car park and obtain a parking permit for £5. All day visitors must leave the park by 7pm.

We do not allow supermarket delivery vans on site. We encourage our guests to support the local shops in the area.
